- Entry fees must be paid in advance before consignment numbers are issued.
- Consignment numbers are issued on a first come, first served basis.
- No entry fee refunds, unless Smith Auction Company is notified 48 hours before sale.

TITLES
- You must have in your possession a good title at sale time, an exception would be title in transit or being held by a lending institution.

- Serial numbers or VIN numbers much match title. No cars will be sold or allowed in the auction if numbers do not match. Please, check your title and VIN before bringing your car to the auction.
- All transactions must abide by the laws of the Uniform Code at the state where the auction is held.
- Commissions are based on the selling price of your vehicle.

How will I be paid when my vehicle sells?
A. Smith Auction Company pays you the same day your car sells.

Q. Will my car be driven outside the Auction area?
A. No, all cars are sold As Is - Where Is, No warranty and are not driven, except to the AuctionBlock.

Q. What's the benefit of going no reserve?
A. NO RESERVE attracts serious bidders. As "NO RESERVE" indicates the next car sold and generates auction-block excitement, which typically equates to higher bids. You also enjoy reduced fees.

Q. Does the title have to be in my name to consign a vehicle?
A. Yes, unless you are a Dealer or authorized agent.

Q. Can I drive my car to the auction early?
A. Yes, we start accepting early arrivals 2 days prior to the sale.

Q. Do I have to be there when my car sells?
A. We encourage either the consignor or their representative to be with the vehicle when going over the auction block.

Q. Can I bring and display items with my car?
A. Yes, we encourage such things as documentation and awards to be displayed.

Q. Can I drive my car over the auction block?
A. Yes, you may, or we will supply a driver for you.
